Food safety in catering (levels 2 and 3)
The food safety in catering (level 2) is for all staff involved with any type of food preparation and is designed to give them a basic understanding of the responsibilities of the employer and also their responsibilities.
The food safety in catering (level 3) is for all staff involved with any type of food preparation and is designed for all staff within a supervisory or managerial level.
This course is run by highly qualified trainers who have been involved within food production and preparation for may years. The training staff will make the course enjoyable and direct the course in a professional and educational way.

- ♦ Food premises and equipment
Individuals will undertake a formal assessment at the end of the course and after a successful completion will obtain a certificate which will be valid for 3 years.
